SIEGE is licensed under the 2-clause BSD license — this is a very permissive license which does allow you to use SIEGE for commercial use. I have been very careful to only pick software that is compatible with this notion as well, avoiding GPL-licensed software and sometimes even that which is licensed under LGPL.

Please note that the SIEGE logo and artwork are released under separate licenses.
